This study explores the communication experiences of the researcher's former students through Portraiture. The researcher collects a journal, past writing assignments, conducts an interview with the participants and one of her/his co-workers, observes participants at work, and has the participants reflect on their writing/English experiences to gather their perspectives of their writing/English instruction and how it influenced them years later.en_US
