dc.description.abstract | The Professional Learning Focus is a state-mandated learning process for all Oklahoma teachers. This dissertation studies the achievement goal orientation teachers endorse within this particular learning structure. The findings show that most teachers found the process to be another box to check rather than the liberation to learn what they want. | en_US |
