dc.description.abstractThis study analyzes special education due process hearings in Oklahoma. The study included all hearings conducted prior to January 1, 1983. The written decisions for each hearing was reviewed to determine the issues, the characteristics of the participants, and the successful party. This data was quantified to allow the researcher to investigate intravariable and intervariable relationships.en_US
