| dc.description.abstract | Scope of Study: This study deals with three basic phases of industrial education (1) The use of crude tools began with pre-historic man's efforts toward survival and protection. The development of tools has had a tremendous impact upon man's life physically, socially, and educationally. (2) The history of industrial arts parallels man's sturdy advancement throughout civilization to the present. (3) The correlation and integration of the industrial arts and social studies program reveals certain philosophies inherent in modern education. | |
