Community College Mentoring: Minority Student Perception
Abstract
Research has demonstrated the impact of mentoring programs in enhancing the academic and social integration of minority students in community colleges. However, there is a lack of an approach which addresses mentoring for minority community college students at multiple levels. This study will analyze minority student perception of multilevel mentoring.
