dc.description.abstractThis report reviews the instrumentation and testing procedures used on two test sections of the proposed Gilcrease Expressway in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The collected data are then analyzed and recommendations made accordingly. This research is part of Oklahoma Department of Transportation Project F -390 (27) and was financed through a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT)
