dc.description.abstract | This is a case study using content analysis. The primary objectives were to find out how former Romanian President Nicolae Ceausescu's image was presented by three influential news magazines, Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News & World Report, during and immediately after the Romanian revolution in December 1989. The focus of the study is on the type of bias, the background of bias, and how bias affects news objectivity. | |
