The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) wants to develop a non-destructive technique to identify the presence of silane on bridge decks. Two of the methods (Germann Water Permeability Test and Wenner probe resistivity method) were examined to understand the consistency of the technique and their accuracy. A simple field technique was developed to identify the presence of concrete sealer on concrete.
