Nonmajor Biology Student Survey Data 2024

Abstract

These data were collected during the fall 2024 semester as part of the author's dissertation research project. [Walvoord, M. (2025). Investigating ecological identities in nonmajors biology education: Transformative experience as a mediator of transformative learning. University of Oklahoma, Doctoral Dissertation.] This particular dataset (n = 198) was used to run descriptive statistics and a Structural Equation Model (SEM) reported in a manuscript (working title as of October 2026: Mediating the Impact of Transformative Learning on Ecological Identity Shifts in Nonmajor Biology Students).
