Clinical supervision is an essential aspect of counselor training. Apart from traditional models of supervision, many new and creative ways of conducting supervision have emerged. The integration of the Kawa Model that employs a metaphorical river, with Bernard’s Discrimination Model offers a culturally responsive and creative approach to clinical supervision. An overview of the Kawa Model, detailed description of the integration process, and case study are provided.en_US
