The Student Transformative Learning Record (STLR) program assesses student transformative growth within each of five tenets at the levels of Transformation, Integration, Exposure, and Not Achieved. This rubric is used during training of campus-wide faculty and staff on STLR to calibrate assessments to a standard, and then it is used as the basis of those assessors evaluation of student learning artifacts to assign them a STLR credit level.
