| dc.description.abstract | This presentation will provide some rich literature and findings concerning how to avoid errors (blocks) in the analysis of ethical and /or moral issues. It will explain dispositions and abilities of the critical thinker, in detail. The blocks include cultural conditioning, reliance on authority, hasty moral judgment, black-and-white thinking, labels, resistance to change, “mine-is-better,” double standards, unwarranted assumptions, over simplification, and frames of reference. The work has used a critical review as its research methodology to obtain its findings. | |
