Food Scarcity

Abstract

We strongly feel that in the present world, resources are depleting and man is solely responsible for it. In our poster presentation, we are sharing our findings on how much food is being wasted everyday simply due to cosmetic values and standards. We hope to reframe the idea of one man’s trash could, after all, be another man’s breakfast, lunch and dinner.
