dc.description.scopeandcontentsThis newsletter Festive Circles Update, first focuses on the history of Midwifery throughout the history of the inquisition. Further, it is discussed how those in midwifery were matriarchs, healers and caregivers who were burned at the stake as witches. An article titled “Beyond the Grove” centers itself on support services for the gay and lesbian community in Oklahoma City. A “Webweavers Address Book” is provided which gives resource information to those in the Gay and Lesbian Pagan community. An announcement of a “Conference of Embodying Our Gay Rights” is announced.
