dc.description.abstractRecreational professionals in Texas and Oklahoma were contacted and asked to complete a survey to reveal the number of teams that were participating in Intramural Sports on their campuses. These numbers were than compared to the enrollment figures over the same time period to determine what trends were noticeable when participation was compared to enrollment.Findings and Conclusions: Based on the analysis of the data, the researcher has found that while enrollments in universities have increased over recent years that participation in intramural sports have also increased but at a greater rate than enrollment.
