Source notes and bibliography are provided, along with Perry reference numbers. Among the authors included are Abstemius, Ademar, Alexander Nequam, Aphthonius, Avianus, Babrius, Desbillons, Faernus, La Fontaine, Odo of Cheriton, Phaedrus, and Syntipas.
