The first article examines the 1993 March on Washington. There is an interview with Janet Baus of the New York Lesbian Avengers, the origins of her group and the group’s social objective. There is a very informative article on Lesbians in Germany and specifically the legal situation of lesbians in that country as well as the history. Article on events on American university campuses such as the University of California, and the formation of AFSCME Local 3218 to address concerns in the LGBTQ+ community. Article on the miniseries Buried Memories/Broken Families. Article by Carolyn Gage on Women’s History vs. Lesbian history. Article on Jewish Lesbian writers group. Various announcements.
