dc.description.abstractThis project explores Mutual Aid theory and both historical and contemporary examples of its practices. Then, examines the intersection of Mutual Aid practices and the practices of Stillwater, Oklahoma nonprofits. Knowledge of these nonprofits was gained through interviews with 5 organizations and a representative who worked on settling Afghan refugees in Stillwater.
