dc.description.abstract | The object of this thesis is to document the processes and calculations that went into the design of the STEAM Engine facility, Futura Mechanica, an after-school education center for middle school age students. This project was the focus of the comprehensive design studio and was continuously designed, revised, and at points completely revamped throughout the entire Spring semester. | |
