dc.description.abstractCommunication is a critical leadership skill to obtain supporters and buy-in. Effective communication requires critically analyzing your own communication habits and reactions and tailoring them to the individuals or groups with which you are communicating. I will use examples from my 15+ years of experience in library related leadership positions to present communication strategies that work.
