| dc.description.abstract | The thesis includes three creative nonfiction essays that explore relationships between family members. The first story focuses on the engagement between my parents and how it didn't go as planned. The second story is about the my relationship with my father through learning how to drive a car, while the third story deals with the relationship between me and my younger sister as I worry about her future. All essays feature themes of growing up and learning to trust in oneself or in others. | |
