Oklahoma has seen huge growth in wind generation, but that growth is not free. While Oklahoma deals with a $1.3 billion budget shortfall, some have raised questions about how that growth is effecting the state budget. With school districts cutting honors programs, laying off teachers, or going to four-day school weeks, citizens are concerned about how the budget troubles are directly effecting them and the future of our state.
