dc.description.abstractI used two articles from The Journal of Management from the 2011-2012 time frame to generate research questions on the future of corporate social responsibility (CSR). I was able to reinforce the ideas I generated using newer scholarly articles. The research questions were over the effects of CSR on branding, employee productivity, and globalism with an overarching theme of a firm's financial performance.
