Zeera business plan
Abstract
Zeera will be a new restaurant with a South Asian twist featuring tableside exhibition cooking. Tableside exhibition cooking is when a chef brings the cooking to the table and the customers get a chance to firsthand experience and partake in the preparations of the meal. At Zeera we will utilize the use of tandoors (clay over) and table grills to cook the naans and kebabs. We are looking for a $600,000 loan with 5.5.% interest to cover necessary start-up expenses, which can include rent security deposit, first month's rent, equipment, license and permit costs, marketing and advertising expenses, and other costs needed in order to get the restaurant running. According to the North America Industrial Classification System, Zeera will be classified as a Full-Service Restaurant. Within this industry, an employee seats the customer, provides the food service, and are paid after the meal is completed. Within this industry, there are many segments, ranging from cafe-style low-price eateries and fine dining, expensive restaurants. Zeera falls into the middle as an "upscale casual dining." Zeera will strive to meet the greater demands of the market and the industry, which include increased eating out, appeasing generations x, y, and z, greater technology integration, and globalization. By doing so, Zeera hopes to find its own niche in the restaurant industry.
