This article is on the recent uprise in civilian use of UAVs and the opportunities they can offer to the public through commercialization. There is an abundance of information through this research article starting with the history of UAVs and how they have brought us to the present day technology. Also, this article covers the future of UAVs and the uses and benefits that the civilian commercial sector can expect from this technology. There is an issue with regulations and how to incorporate these aircraft into the national airspace, which is explained extensively throughout this article. The article wraps up with my personal opinion on the regulation downfall and what I personally think is the course of action that needs to be taken to integrate manned and unmanned aircraft into the national airspace.
