Even if it's Wrong, a feature length screenplay, takes place over a five day period, Friday to Wednesday, mostly in Tulsa, Oklahoma in November. Thirty-one-year-old Price Singleton's only real goal in life is not to have any goals. He possesses intelligence, gentleness, and thoughtfulness--he even paints somewhat regularly--but Price simply labors not to work hard. He strives not to strive. By renting a room out of his friend's house, eating free continental breakfasts, getting his milk from condiments sections at coffee shops, and getting free museum visits with an old student ID, Price has secured a safe and comfortable lifestyle...Ultimately, Even if it's Wrong ends up being about how the choice not to make choices and to leave matters open ended also becomes a choice. In the end, an unguided life takes a direction just as much as a guided one.
