dc.description.abstractThis thesis is concerned with the evaluation of the uranium potential of the Cement district, southwestern Oklahoma. The primary objective is to determine exploration targets of possible uranium mineralization. Examination of surface and subsurface radiometric anomalies, geochemical analyses of samples and a track-etch survey were utilized to determine the most favorable areas.
