The data logger was presented to Research, Development and Technology Transfer ( RD&TT) of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) in hopes of determining why readings could not be ascertained from the unit or through the supplied software program. The equipment hardware was examined and evaluated for any necessary repair. First was to set up a test model for initial checking of the Harare and software. Second was to perform sample field tests at a useful site. Third was to perform field tests under normal conditions. Analysis of the software would be ongoing.
