A final report by ODOT pertaining to the evaluation of Portland Cement Contraction Joint Sealers. The method of evaluation is described. These sealers were evaluated for their performance in sawed P.C. Concrete Joints. The results of the evaluation, conclusions, and recommendations are included in the report.
