dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this thesis paper is to examine the current state of nutriepigenetics in cancer risk reduction and prevention. The paper reviews the role the bioactive food component folate has in DNA methylation and histone modification, and will explore the strengths as well as limitations of the current research.
