dc.description.abstractMechanical engineering capstone project to install an actuation system into the MD-80 airplane. Worked on a team to design and create a system to move three sets of tabs on the airplane in concert with the flight simulator. System consisted of three motors, pulleys, mounting brackets, braces, and clamps. Under the supervision of Dr. Kidd and Dr. Taylor.
