dc.description.abstractThe paper presents an exact closed-form solution for a thin isotropic plate containing a circular elastic inclusion and subjected to arbitrary bending moments at large distances from the hole. Quantitative results are presented for the bending stress concentration factors for the plate and for the inclusion.en_US
