dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted in order to identify the attitudes of a group of employee assistance professionals concerning employee drug testing and the organizational impact of such policies. Because drug testing within American businesses and organizations is a relatively new procedure, this study was undertaken to provide new information in this area.
