dc.description.abstractThis study is concerned with the residential relocations undertaken by the victims of the flood caused by Hurricane Agnes in the Wyoming Valley, Pennsylvania. The primary objective is to determine any relationships that may exist between these relocations and the victims perceptions of the hazard, their past experiences with flooding, and their incomes.
