dc.description.abstractThis study is concerned with discovering the relationship between managerial style and communication sensitivity. Assumptions about managerial styles and sensitivity contained in the literature are explored and tested. A correlation study was run to determine relationships between selection of styles and sensitivity. Data gathered from 279 managers was subjected to analysis of variance and paired comparison of means
