dc.description.abstract | Purpose of Study: Having prior experience as a Rail Operations Analyst and currently performing the duties of a Distribution Analyst, it is out of both interest and concern that this study evolved. It is my hope to utilize all or a portion of this paper to enhance my job responsibilities, and in turn, improve Phillips' position in the coal market. | |
