dc.description.abstractThis study is concerned with determining the most profitable combination of forage and livestock activities for a ranch situation. A linear programming model which represents a 3200 acre ranch in Northwest Oklahoma is used to examine the effects of changes in livestock prices and forage yields on selected ranch organizations.
