dc.description.abstractThe major aim of our research until now has been to look for the detrimental effects of revm.rd upon perforn1ance in a. variety of standard laboratory tasks. The major task which fnces us now is that of providing an adequate explanation of reward's detrimental effect. This study was an attempt to search for an explanator,y mechanism to account for these effects.
