dc.description.abstractThis study was an effort to ascertain the types of tasks currently perfonned by part-time adult education administrators in the twenty-one area vo-tech schools in Oklahoma. Variances as to population base of school in relation to percentage of time spent in specific tasks were analyzed in an effort to detennine necessary competencies needed for successful completion of a part-time adult education administrator's job currently and by new professionals entering these positions.
