dc.description.abstractThe following study was concerned with several aspects of leaf lettuce culture. The pr irnary objectives were to determine the rrost productive irrigation Irethod and the rrost effective Ireans of establishing the crop in the field. A number of cultivars were compared for their tendencies towards premature seedstalk formation (bolting) and for their suitability to commercial production in northeast Oklahoma.
