dc.description.abstractCharacterization of Oklahoma's forest harvesting industry was the goal of this study. This was the first research in Oklahoma aimed at characterizing the industry. A census of all population members was the primary means of data collection. Important industry statistics reflecting the industry's economic condition were compiled as well as shipment, equipment, labor and detailed cost information.
