dc.description.abstractThis study is concerned with the identification of the training needs of engineers employed in a specific manufacturing canpany. The research questions with which this study deals are: 1. What subject areas would meet the training needs of the engineers? 2. Do perceived training needs vary according to academic preparation? 3. Do perceived training needs vary according to years of experience? Responses regarding employees' desire for training in 22 job-related areas are analyzed according to the employee's academic preparation, and years of engineering experience.
