dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to present the basis design equations required to size a reflux condenser. A computer program is also written to handle the condensation of both a pure vapor and a multicomponent vapor. Two examples are also presented. The results look reasonable, but lack of experimental data prevents a more quantitative test of the program. | |
