dc.description.abstractThis study examines relationships of diet and exercise practices with plasma cholesterol in a racially mixed population of 150 adolescent females in North Central Oklahoma. The primary objective is to see if plasma cholesterol changes between 12 and 16 years of age and to explore possible associations between plasma cholesterol, age, race, diet and exercise.
