dc.description.abstractThis study is an analysis of the impact of distance to hard surface roads and distance to cities on rural Oklahoma land values during the period January 1986 through December 1988. Regression analysis is employed to quantify the relationships existing between these factors and agricultural land values in Oklahoma.
