Potable Water Treatment Using Electrolytically Generated Copper and Silver Ions
Abstract
Ion generation performance for a prototype batch delivery device that was designed to generate copper and silver ions is evaluated. The device was a first attempt at manufacturing a device that could be used in potable water treatment applications. Recommendations for future designs and specific application are presented. A literature review of current disinfection technologies being used today is included.
