For SHAREOK.ORG to reproduce, translate, and distribute the submission, you hereby expressly agree to adhere to and abide by the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth herein below.

You (the author(s) and/or copyright owner(s)) (collectively, the “Licensor”) hereby grant the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma (“OU” or “Licensee”) the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to reproduce, translate, and/or distribute the submission (including any associated abstract thereto) in electronic format on behalf of and in concert with the SHAREOK website and program.

Licensor hereby expressly agrees, acknowledges, understands, warrants, covenants, and represents the following:
     i.   Licensee may translate the submission to any medium or format for the purpose of preservation;
     ii.   Licensee may keep at least one (1) copy of the submission for purposes of security, back-up, archiving, and preservation;
     iii.   the submission is Licensor’s original work or Licensor has the express permission of any and all applicable third party(-ies) to grant the rights contained herein and Licensor shall specifically identify and attribute any third-party material in the text of the submission;
     iv.   the submission does not and will not, to the best of Licensor’s knowledge, infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, any copyright right(s), of any third party; and
     v.   if the submission is based upon, the product of, or was created with the support of any sponsored research agreement, the Licensor has fulfilled any rights of review and any other applicable obligation(s) required by such agreement prior to Licensor’s submitting the submission.

Licensee shall not make any alteration to the submission, unless such alteration(s) are allowed for herein.
