The program takes inputfile and prompts for a key. Then the program applies the cipher. The result is saved as outputfile. The file outputfile is overwritten if it already exists. The program has been written in C++ and the executable is compiled on Windows 7 using the GNU C++ compiler in MINGW [http://www.mingw.org/]. The program runs from a command prompt.
